Learning your times tables

How to learn your times tables....
  • Start with your 1, 2, 5, 10 times tables
  • Then move onto your 3, 4, 9, 11 times tables
  • Finally learn your 6, 7, 8, 12 times tables


Try practising them in different ways, including:
  • Having posters around the house
  • Writing them out several times on paper using different colours
  • Ask your family to call out questions when driving in the car or having breakfast
  • Use apps such as Penguin Jump or My Times Tables
  • Practise them every day! Even if its just for 5 minutes
  • Print practise sheets from the internet
